Floris Jousma

Floris Jousma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and sustainable energy projects across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Regional Lead for Central Europe at Copperleaf, Floris oversees the implementation of asset management software solutions. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at FIER Automotive, managing electric truck projects and charging infrastructure, and work with the European Alternative Fuels Observatory. Additional experience encompasses operational management at the Clean Mobility Center and project management at CGI Nederland focused on new energy vehicle infrastructures. Floris Jousma holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from Fontys University and has a strong background in service delivery, business consulting, and process improvement within the energy sector.
