Nicole M.

Nicole M. started their work experience in 1997 as a Client Management/Customer Relations professional at the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Nicole then went on to work in various roles at CCC, including as a Transactional Program Manager from 2001 to 2006, a Project Manager from 2006 to 2013, a Manager in the Project Office from 2013 to 2014, and a Director in Platform Services from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Product Management at CCC.

Nicole M. has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Endicott College. Nicole also holds certifications in Build, Focus, and Foundation from Pragmatic Marketing, as well as a SAFe Agilist Certification and SAFe PMPO Certification.
