Snigdha Kumar

Snigdha Kumar is the Co-Founder at Cora Health. Snigdha was previously the Category Head - Foods at Flipkart from July 2018 to March 2020. Snigdha was responsible for P&L Head for Foods Marketplace Category spanning a selection of 2Lakh+ products and grew the category from 0 to 1 in a span of 18 months. Prior to that, they were the Area Sales Manager at Philip Morris International from August 2016 to May 2018 where they were responsible for driving business and awareness of Marlboro in the region as the state head across all channels – Traditional, Modern Trade and HORECA. Snigdha also managed a secondary turnover of 90 crores through a network of 39 WD (Distributors) of GPI(Godfrey Phillips India). Snigdha developed GTM strategy to increase direct coverage of salesman and that of indirect channel of distribution by activating 100 independent hawkers which has increased coverage by 3000 outlets in Kolkata, Siliguri and Guwahati. Snigdha also derived growth in competition aggressive region through ingenious initiatives like Invisible-M, alongwith numerous tactical trade inputs – 20% YoY growth in Kolkata city; Guwahati – 91% YoY growth driven though the retail channel. Before that, they were the Manager Institutions at ITC Limited from January 2016 to August 2016.

Snigdha Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Sales and Marketing from MICA | The School of Ideas. Snigdha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIRMA UNIVERSITY. In addition, they have also completed certification programs from Dot Native in Digital Culture, Channels to Market, Customer Centricity, Digital Imperative, Organisational Agility, and Unlocking Data.
