Marissa Rainey

Marissa Rainey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marissa began their career as a Radio Personality at WVAS Bama State Radio in 2012 before transitioning to a Business Development Associate role at Automotive Dealers of Atlanta from 2013 to 2014. Marissa then worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Avery Partners in 2015 before joining Primerica as an Insurance Agent/Recruiter from 2014 to 2016. Marissa also gained experience as a Business Development Representative at MarketSource Inc. from 2016 to 2016, where they excelled in lead generation and revenue generation. Marissa continued their career in sales as an Inside Sales Representative at Unitiv from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for outbound calls, prospecting, and appointment scheduling. Marissa later joined Hortonworks in 2017 as a Business Development representative. Marissa then joined Cloudera, where they held multiple roles, including Inside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Manager, and Senior ISR Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Marissa works as a Sales Development Manager at Cora Systems, starting in 2023.

Marissa Rainey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Radio and Television from Alabama State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as an Oracle Cloud Machine PreSales Specialist from Oracle in February 2017.
