FULL-TIME POSITION

BRAND DESIGNER

OUR PROJECT 

Coral Gardeners is a mission-driven organization, created in 2017 by a group of young surfers and divers from the island of Mo’orea who came together after witnessing the degradation of their home reef. Today, we are made up of an international collective of passionate individuals determined to revolutionize ocean conservation and create a global movement to save the world’s coral reefs.

THE JOB

We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Designer to join our team and help elevate Coral Gardeners’ brand. This role is a unique opportunity to create visually and conceptually engaging content to make coral conservation so beautiful that it’s impossible to ignore. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Implement and refine Coral Gardeners’ brand identity across all channels and mediums.

  • Design and execute digital assets for marketing campaigns, ads, newsletters, webpages, etc.

  • Create compelling content for our social media to elevate the visual identity of our channels, drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Assist the design of our product offering and collaborative collections with our partners.

  • Support the internal needs of the different divisions of Coral Gardeners requiring the creation of templates, presentation decks and office designs.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media and branding to bring fresh ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design with a great portfolio.
  • Sharp brand sensitivity and a strong design aesthetic.
  • Excellent sense of design, including composition, color and typography.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe, Figma, Keynote and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of all the main social platforms and their respective specs.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Passionate about impact-storytelling and ocean conservation.
  • Genuinely nice human being – good vibes only policy.
  • Youthful and trending eye for design.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and receptive to feedback and direction.
  • Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail.

CONDITIONS

  • Genuine interest in saving the reef.
  • Immediate start.
  • Location: Remote, but must have some availability during French Polynesia work hours.
