Ashley Cates

Ashley Cates' work experience begins with their current position as a Senior Customer Account Manager at Coralogix, where they are responsible for rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Sendoso, a Sending Platform that provides integrated solutions for businesses to send personalized items at scale. Before that, Ashley worked as a Project Manager at Canary Marketing, a Project Coordinator at Facebook, a Production Associate at Marine Layer, a Project Coordinator at Canary Marketing (again), a Marketing Intern at Everwise, and a Special Events Marketing Intern at GumGum.

Ashley Cates has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from UC Santa Barbara. Ashley also studied abroad at Charles University as part of UC Abroad. In addition to their formal education, Ashley has obtained additional certifications including a Customer Success Advanced Certification from Sales Impact Academy in March 2023 and an ABM Certification from Demandbase in April 2021.
