Or Novogroder has four years of professional experience as a software engineer. Or started their career in 2013 at Elisra as a Software Engineer, and then moved to AppsFlyer in 2019 as a Back End Developer. In 2020, they joined PayPal as a Software Engineer, and most recently in 2022 they joined Coralogix as a Software Engineer.

Or Novogroder studied Computer Science at Lev Academic Center from 2010 to 2013. Or then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General at Bar-Ilan University from 2016 to 2018.
