Rafał Sumisławski

Rafał Sumisławski is a Senior Software Engineer at Coralogix, having joined the company in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Development Team Leader (Scala) at NetworkedAssets from 2013 to 2022, where they built and led a team of 5-9 Scala developers and led development of a telemetry collection system for a cable network of 4 million devices. Rafał also implemented an SQL-like query language, led migration from on-premises bare-metal to AWS and expansion to new markets, became company expert in dealing with hard production issues, and introduced and promoted purely functional programming practices. Before NetworkedAssets, they were a Junior Java Developer at NetLine Group Sp. z o.o. from 2011 to 2013.

Rafał Sumisławski obtained a High School degree from Liceum Ogólnokształcące nr 3 im. Adama Mickiewicza we Wrocławiu in 2011. Rafał then went on to pursue a Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science - Internet Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, which they completed in 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master’s Degree in Computer Science - Internet Engineering from Wroclaw University of Technology in 2016.
