Danielle Rodriguez

Danielle Rodriguez has extensive experience in IT and digital marketing roles. Danielle is currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce & Digital Growth at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Pernod Ricard, where they held positions such as IT Director Digital Marketing & IT Solutions Delivery and Director of IT, eCommerce & Digital Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting operational functions through various IT solutions, including CRM, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategy. Before Pernod Ricard, Danielle worked as a Sr. IT Solutions Manager at CBV Collection Services Ltd, where they focused on implementing call center solutions. Danielle also served as the Operations General Manager (Call Center) at North American Training Company, overseeing call center operations and support departments. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at iQor (formerly known as IRMC or IntelliRisk Management Corporation) and Avaya.

Danielle Rodriguez has a diverse education history, with a range of studies in various fields. In 1992-1993, they attended CDI College in Toronto, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 1995-1996, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management - PMP from the University of Toronto. In 1997-1998, they studied Process Improvement at the Schulich School of Business - York University, although no degree was specified. Returning to CDI College in 1992-1993, they earned another degree in Business Administration, this time with a specialization in Business Administration and Database Programming. More recently, in 2014, Danielle took a Digital Marketing course focused on Social Media and Online Strategies at the Harvard University Division of Continuing Education. In 2016, they furthered their education in innovation, strategy, creativity, and design thinking through workshops at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education.
