Rob Weston

Rob Weston is a Client Relationship Director for Cordia Resources, located in the Tysons Corner, VA office. He is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships for business growth. With more than 15 years of experience in business development within the staffing industry, Rob takes the time to understand his diverse clients’ requirements and tailors each workforce solution to meet their hiring needs. He works with small to medium-sized local companies as well as large national corporations to help them achieve growth. Rob is passionate about always delivering customer satisfaction and providing high-quality services.

Prior to joining Cordia, Rob worked for a large national staffing firm supporting their finance, accounting, and administrative teams to achieve revenue goals and profitability. He was born and raised in Upstate NY and graduated in 1998 from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Communications. Rob resides in Reston with his wife Brandi and their two daughters (Ryen & Raegan).
