With extensive experience as a Business Success and Culture Consultant and Workshop Facilitator, Patti offers customized sessions and workshops that address critical workplace issues, including unconscious bias and workplace drama. As the author of the award-winning book "The Drama-Free Workplace," Patti has delivered keynote speeches internationally and served in various significant roles, including VP of Workplace Strategy at Emtrain and Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins.
