Nick Engel PMP, CPA has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on driving demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance. Nick has led and developed internal teams and managed third-party vendor relationships to deliver program objectives. Throughout their career, Nick has facilitated agile practices and collaborated with key stakeholders to align work to corporate strategies and deliver business value. Nick has managed large-scale, cross-departmental investment programs, overseeing budgets, risks, schedules, and communication plans. Nick's expertise also includes delivering projects on-time and within budget while providing status reports and stakeholder updates.

Nick Engel PMP, CPA received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nick then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nick Engel also holds additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from CoreLogic, Certified Public Accountant from the State of Wisconsin, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and ITIL IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Nick is also a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
