Janay West

Janay West has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Janay started their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at West Point Market. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Tutor Counselor at The University of Akron - Upward Bound program, followed by a role as a Student Assistant at The University of Akron - Educational Talent Search program from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they interned at The University of Akron.

Janay then transitioned into the IT field, joining Diebold Nixdorf as an IT Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Janay later worked as an IT Support Analyst at Keyfactor from 2017 to 2019, contributing to secure digital identity management solutions. In 2019, they joined AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as a Service Desk Technician 1, where they worked until February 2022.

Most recently, Janay has been employed as a Remote Support Technician at Coretelligent since February 2022. With their extensive background in IT support and diverse experience in other fields, they bring a well-rounded skill set to their current role.

Janay West attended The University of Akron from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
