Laura S. has extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and leadership studies. Laura'smost recent role was as the Director of Learning, Talent, & Culture at Coretelligent, where they led the strategic direction for the Learning and Development department and focused on creating a culture of continuous learning and talent development. Before that, Laura served as the Director of Learning and Development at Oxford Global Resources, where they oversaw the development and execution of sales enablement and training programs, resulting in improved employee performance and company growth. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Manager of Talent and Professional Development Programs, where they supported the design and implementation of learning solutions for sales reps and introduced talent management initiatives. Laura also has experience in academia, having served as an Adjunct Faculty and Program Coordinator for Leadership Studies at the University of Minnesota, where they designed and facilitated leadership courses and contributed to the expansion of the program.
Laura S. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Minnesota. Prior to their university education, they attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Laura has obtained various certifications.
