Lizette Parrales has a strong background in IT support with extensive experience in various roles. Lizette began their career in 2006 as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, where they were responsible for service delivery to over 4500 users across multiple locations. In 2011, they joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a Help Desk Analyst, providing general IT support for a large firm and handling diverse trouble calls. Lizette then worked at Forest Laboratories, Inc. as a Level II Service Desk Analyst, supporting employees globally and managing Active Directory and Exchange tasks. In 2014, they served as a Messaging Consultant at Shearman & Sterling LLP, providing third-level support for offices in the US and Europe. Later that year, they became an IS Support Analyst at Fried Frank Harris Shriver, providing overnight support for the firm's offices. Lizette then joined All Covered, IT Services from Konica Minolta in 2016, initially as a Legal RSC Engineer supporting multiple national clients, and later as the Legal Remote Support Service Desk Lead, managing day-to-day operations and providing strategic direction to the help desk team.
