Tess Berman

Tess Berman currently serves as a Project Manager and Consultant at Cornell Social Business Consulting since February 2023. Berman has held various roles at Cornell University ILR School, including Peer Mentor Lead, Peer Mentor, and Research Fellow, where involvement included a research study with Professor LeClercq. Additional experience includes working as a Cafe Worker at Temple of Zeus, a Management Consulting Intern in M&A Advisory at PwC during summer 2024, and a Research Fellow in the Labor and Employment Law Program focused on the Cannabis Workforce Initiative. Berman also acted as a Community Engagement Liaison for Cornell Votes and served as Deputy Field Organizer for Jon Ossoff's U.S. Senate campaign. Berman is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, anticipated to graduate in May 2025, and previously earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Riverwood International Charter School.
