Gianpaolo Panzeri

Gianpaolo Panzeri has been working in the automation industry since 2013. Gianpaolo started their career at Matik as an Industrial Automation Technical Support Specialist, providing remote assistance with e-mail and voice support combined with field service visits to troubleshoot and solve small and major issues occurring on automation machinery. Theirfield of experience includes paper converting (flexo printing, napkins folder, embossing, foil/hologram applications, RFID) and packaging (flexible and boxed solutions). In 2019, they began working at Cornerstone Automation Systems, LLC (CASI) as a Project Manager and at Koenig & Bauer (US)/(CA) as a Parts and Service Coordinator Flexotecnica. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Customer Service at Matik, Inc.
