Jonathan Webb, P.E. has been working in the engineering field since 2007. Jonathan began their career as an Associate Project Engineer at Arthrex in 2007, where they lead a multi-disciplinary team and consulted with surgeons to ideate, develop, and launch arthroscopic and mini-open instruments for use in shoulder and elbow surgical procedures. In 2009, they became President of Dean & Webb LLC, where they managed the development of technology to improve the strength of the tendon-suture interface in soft tissue repairs. In 2010, they became Self Employed at Capstone Design, where they lead a contracted team in the development of a novel cannula aimed at improving the ease of use of the surgeon-patient interface during arthroscopic shoulder surgery. This technology was purchased by Hybrid Cannula LP in October 2012, and they became President of HYBC Management, LLC, the general partner of Hybrid Cannula LP. In 2014, they joined Cornerstone Automation Systems, LLC (CASI) as Mechanical Engineering Manager, where they were the team leader of all mechanical engineering efforts related to warehouse automation and pharmacy automation, and was the direct supervisor of 7 junior to senior level mechanical engineers. In 2018, they joined KONE as Chief Design Engineer. In 2019, they returned to Cornerstone Automation Systems, LLC (CASI) as Director of New Product Development and Mechanical Engineering Manager.

Jonathan Webb, P.E. graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering with Honors. In 2015, they obtained a Licensed Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
