Himanshu Baxi

Himanshu Baxi is the Chief Development Officer at Cornerstone, where he leads the product, design, engineering, and content organizations for Cornerstone’s Galaxy product. A seasoned technology executive with nearly four decades of experience, Himanshu has a proven track record of building and growing diverse, global teams and delivering customer-centric products.

Himanshu has been serving as Advisor to the Cornerstone CPO and CTO since January 2025. His career is marked by leadership roles at some of the world's most innovative companies, including Amazon, Intuit, and Microsoft, as well as a 14-year stint in the startup ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has been known for his customer-obsessed approach to innovation, his passion for driving organizational change, and his commitment to developing future leaders.

An avid outdoorsman, Himanshu enjoys hiking and running in his free time. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the WNBA and an avid listener of audiobooks.
