Lisa Synek

Lisa Synek, CCP, MBA, is an experienced executive in total rewards and human resources with a comprehensive background in business transformation and financial analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Cornerstone OnDemand, Lisa previously held the role of Global Vice President of Total Rewards at Zebra Technologies, where significant contributions included leading HR M&A strategies and driving global employee engagement and well-being metrics. Additionally, Lisa's tenure at CDW encompassed various leadership roles, culminating in Vice President positions in Business Transformation and Compensation and HRIS. An active member of the Chicago Compensation Association as Secretary, Lisa's foundational education includes an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Management from Purdue University.
