Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Cornerstone OnDemand, Lisa previously held the role of Global Vice President of Total Rewards at Zebra Technologies, where significant contributions included leading HR M&A strategies and driving global employee engagement and well-being metrics. Additionally, Lisa's tenure at CDW encompassed various leadership roles, culminating in Vice President positions in Business Transformation and Compensation and HRIS.
