Nataliya Pavlova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nataliya began their career as a Senior Supervisor at Coolvision, where they supervised a team of customer service representatives and managed content filtering and forum maintenance. Nataliya then worked at NetPlay as a Customer Support Representative, handling customer queries and technical issues. Nataliya later joined LivePerson as an Online Sales Executive, engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service through live chat platforms. Nataliya then transitioned to Bloomberg LP as a Global Technical Support Analyst, where they were responsible for API escalation, troubleshooting, and mobile support. After that, Nataliya worked at Zendesk as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, resolving customer software issues and troubleshooting protocols. Most recently, they served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Globality, Inc., where they engaged with customers and drove adoption of solutions across multiple Fortune 500 companies. Nataliya's current role is Tier 1 Support Team Lead at Coro.

Nataliya Pavlova has obtained an Associates Degree in Mental Health from Kingsborough Community College. Nataliya then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College in the year 2006. In addition, they have obtained a certification in AWS Concepts from Linux Academy in June 2019.
