Acipd Olabisi Ajala

Olabisi Ajala, ACIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in the HR and banking sectors. Olabisi is currently the Head of the Human Resources Department at Coronation Merchant Bank since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HR Operations Lead and Head of Learning and Development at Polaris Bank Ltd. from 2018 to 2023. Olabisi also held roles in Skye Bank Plc, including Team Lead Learning and Development, HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Coordinator, and Operational Risk Management from 2011 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Sales Customer Service Representative at Dixons Retail in 2009 and had a role in Shares Processing and Stock Market Monitoring at Skye Bank Plc in 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as an Executive Assistant at Zenith Bank Group in 2007.
