Nicolas Escobar

Nicolas Escobar is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Olive Garden Ecuador at Corporación El Rosado S.A. since October 2021, Nicolas has led the organization to achieve the prestigious Olive Garden International Restaurant of the Year awards for both 2023 and 2024.
