Nicole Rhoda

Nicole Rhoda has a diverse work experience in talent attraction, scouting, acquisition, and recruitment. Nicole started their career in 2006 as a People Department Manager at McDonald's. In 2014, they joined Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures as a Recruitment & Staffing Specialist and later progressed to the position of Talent Acquisition Manager. Nicole also worked as a Talent Scout and currently serves as the Director of Talent Attraction. In 2018, Nicole also took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley.

Nicole Rhoda pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University. Nicole attended the university from 2008 to 2013, completing their undergraduate education in this field of study.
