Manendra Bhugra

Manendra Bhugra has extensive experience in organizational development and learning. They started their career in 2002 as an Assessment Counselor at CEC. In 2006, they interned as an Employee Assistance Program Intern at Roche. In 2007, they joined CCA Inc. as a Manager of Learning and Development and later became the VP of Organizational Development & Learning.

Manendra Bhugra completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the field of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Bhugra earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from CUNY -- John Jay College, where the studies were conducted from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Bhugra obtained certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2016.
