Amy Lloyd has a strong background in the travel industry. Amy started their career as a Travel Consultant at House of Travel, where they served as the main point of contact for travel agents and effectively handled booking and travel arrangements. Amy then moved on to American Express, where they worked as a Senior Travel Consultant, organizing both international and domestic business travels for clients such as Rio Tinto.
Amy later joined Corporate Travel Management AU/NZ, where they held various roles. Amy first worked as a Senior Travel Consultant, managing a VIP portfolio and ensuring exceptional service for high-end clients. Amy then became a Team Operations Manager, leading a team of 12 members and overseeing team productivity. After that, they worked as a Client Value Manager, managing a portfolio of corporate clients and providing cost-effective travel solutions. Currently, Amy is serving as the Head of Client Management - WA at CTM, where they ensure that the teams effectively manage clients to the highest professional standard.
Amy Lloyd attended Sir George Seymour College from 2007 to 2008, where they completed a degree in Advanced Travel, Tourism, and Business 3 and 4. Their field of study focused on Tourism and Travel Services Management.
