Lynn Danen has extensive work experience in the recruiting field. Lynn started their career in 1996 as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half - OfficeTeam, where they worked until 1998. From 1998 to 2002, Lynn worked at ProBusiness, first as a Benefits Specialist and then as a Business Analyst. Since 2011, they have been working at Corps Team as a Lead Senior Recruiter. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for innovative companies across the country. Lynn also advises clients on formalizing job descriptions, provides resume and interview guidance to candidates, and maintains client relationships. Lynn also mentors newer recruiters on the team. Corps Team is a nationwide search and staffing firm that partners with various organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Lynn Danen is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Northern Kentucky University. Lynn also has a background in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Lynn has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) certification from AIRS, an ADP company. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in leadership skills, generative AI, diversity recruiting, online search techniques, skills-first recruiting with a DEI mindset, emotional intelligence, and unconscious bias from LinkedIn.
