Jed Freedlander

Jed Freedlander has extensive experience in infrastructure development and finance. Jed is currently the Chief Development Officer at Correlate, Inc. and has been with the company since April 2023. Prior to that, Jed was the Founder & Managing Partner of Sustainable Infrastructure Partners, a position they held since March 2020. Jed also served as a Senior Development Advisor at ASM Global from August 2022 onwards. From September 2022 to December 2022, they worked as a Senior Development Advisor at Phoenix Infrastructure Group. Before that, they were the Managing Partner and Head of Business Development at Phoenix Infrastructure Group from April 2020 to September 2022.

Jed's earlier experience includes their role as a Senior Vice President of Development at Hunt Companies, Inc, where they led teams in the pursuit and development of public-private partnerships for various civic infrastructure projects. Jed was with Hunt Companies, Inc from January 2015 to April 2020. Jed also served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Balfour Beatty Investments from August 2013 to December 2014.

Before that, they worked as an Associate at Patton Boggs LLP from March 2011 to July 2013, where they primarily focused on financing, project operations, construction, and commercial agreements for infrastructure transactions. Jed was also a Partner at InfraLinx Capital, an infrastructure advisory and development firm aligned with Patton Boggs, during the same period.

Jed started their career as an Associate at DLA Piper in the Infrastructure Finance & Project Finance practice, advising on structured transactions related to transportation, energy, and social infrastructure. Jed was with DLA Piper from an unknown start date to March 2011.

Prior to entering the infrastructure industry, Jed worked as a Consultant at Helios Consulting, where they provided management consulting services to various industries, including utilities, telecom, advertising, and retail. Jed worked at Helios Consulting from January 1999 to April 2002.

Jed Freedlander obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in PPE (Philosophy) & French from the University of Pennsylvania between 1993 and 1997. Jed then pursued their legal education at Fordham University School of Law, earning a JD degree from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Jed took a short course on Marketing, Management, and Commerce at emlyon business school in 1995.
