James S. is an experienced professional in the finance and trading sectors, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Correlation Risk Partners since July 2021, focusing on building sustainable portfolios within the insurance supply chain. As the Owner of Connex Global Trade since May 2020, James S. has been trading and distributing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and industrial products across APAC, Africa, and Europe. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at State Street from February 2007 to December 2020, where roles ranged from Global Head of Risk for the E-trading Platform Division to various leadership positions within the Principal FX Division and sales coverage roles in the APAC region. James S. holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town and attended St Stithians College.
