Tracey Greenaway

Tracey has more than 20 years experience in the energy sector specializing in major LNG, natural gas and energy projects and transactions.

Tracey acts for both Australian and international energy companies, project developers, financial sponsors and traders on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and project development transactions across the sector, including upstream oil and gas, LNG import and export facilities and gas storage and transportation infrastructure.

She also advises on energy transition, including renewable energy and decarbonization projects.

Tracey has worked in London, Singapore, the Netherlands and Australia and has advised clients across a wide range of jurisdictions including Europe, South East Asia, Africa, Russia and Australia.

She is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators and is admitted to practice in Australia, England, Wales and Scotland.
