Mark Tanko

Vice President Marketing at Corsair

Mark Tanko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mark started their career at Danfoss, where they held multiple positions in supply chain management and demand management from 2003 to 2011. After that, they worked at Studio Moderna as a Supply Chain Manager and Deputy Director of Operations, where they managed logistics and implemented direct distribution projects. From 2013 to 2017, Tanko served as the CEO of EKWB d.o.o., a high-tech niche business specializing in liquid cooling for PCs, where they played a key role in strategic insights and business development. In 2017, they founded Eterium Consulting, offering consulting services for international business development and marketing, primarily for startups. Tanko is currently working at Corsair as the VP and MPM for Custom Cooling, overseeing marketing and business development for the custom cooling division.

Mark Tanko completed their education at several institutions. Mark began in 1995 at Gimnazija Bežigrad, where they completed their high school education. From 1999 to 2004, they studied at the University of Ljubljana, specializing in Economics and Management and obtaining a Bachelor's degree. In 2009, Mark attended the IEDC - Bled School of Management, where they completed the General Management Program (GMP). Additionally, they earned certifications such as the Certified Professional in Demand Forecasting (CPDF) from the International Institute of Forecasters (IIF) in 2010, and the Certified SCOR Professional (SCOR-P) from the Supply Chain Council in 2009.
