Rich Jay

Rich Jay is currently the Lead Customer Engineer at Cortex since November 2022. Prior to that, Rich held positions such as Senior Manager at Automation Anywhere and IT Administrator at PwC. Rich also has a background in IT management and administration from their time at the United States Marine Corps. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in International Business Studies and a minor in Economics from Temple University Japan.
