Lori Brown

Lori Brown has over 15 years of work experience. Lori'smost recent role is as a Settlement Accounting Manager at Corvia since March 2023. Before that, they worked at Worldpay as a Senior Settlement Accountant from December 2018 to March 2023, where they were responsible for settlement balancing, onboarding new clients, and quarterly compliance reporting. Prior to Worldpay, Lori worked at Flexdrive as a Senior Accountant from January 2018 to November 2018, where they developed billing processes and handled sales tax filings. Lori also worked at Worldpay as a Senior Accountant from July 2016 to December 2017, where they performed daily accounting entries and month-end close activities. Before that, Lori worked at Goodwill of North Georgia as an Accountant II from February 2015 to July 2016, where they balanced cash accounts, submitted positive-pay files, and reported workers' compensation changes. Lori also worked at The R.A. Siegel Company as a Staff Accountant from May 2011 to February 2015, handling adjusting entries, sales tax filings, and AR and AP closeout. Lori started their career as a Securities and Business Regulation Division Intern at Georgia Secretary of State from August 2008 to December 2008, where they reviewed renewal applications for compliance and provided records to private firms.

Lori Brown completed their undergraduate education at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2005 to 2009. Lori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Finance. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued another BBA degree, this time in Accounting.

Later on, Lori pursued further education at the same institution, Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Taxation.
