Brandi Howard, PHR

Brandi Howard, PHR, has a wealth of work experience in the Human Resources field. Brandi began their career in 2007 as a Labor Relations Assistant with the United States Capitol Police. In 2008, they worked as an Executive Assistant for PNC Bank. Brandi returned to the United States Capitol Police in 2009 as an HR Administrative Assistant. In 2010, they worked as a Human Resource Specialist for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP). In 2013, they joined Crown Media Family Networks as a Human Resources Representative. In 2014, they moved to Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. as an HR Generalist. In 2015, they joined Silent Circle as a Human Resource Manager. In 2016, they returned to Crown Media Family Networks as a Director Total Rewards and Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits. Finally, in 2021, they joined Cosm as Director Total Rewards.

Brandi Howard, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2011 and 2014. Brandi also attended TESST College of Technology-Beltsville from 1998 to 1999, where they earned their Computer Applications degree in Computer Software and Media Applications. In June 2013, Brandi obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
