Katie Laclette has over 20 years of experience working in leadership roles for technology companies. Most recently, they served as Senior Vice President of People at Cosm, a global technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for immersive experiences. Prior to that, they worked as Senior Vice President of HR at RealPage, a leading provider of software, data analytics, and services to the real estate industry. Katie was responsible for global HR and M&A for the rapidly growing and complex SaaS company. Before that, they worked as Senior Director of Human Resources at HARMAN International and Sr. Director of Human Resources at AMX by HARMAN. Laclette has a track record of delivering double-digit growth for over 10 years and is experienced in managing complex global operations.

Katie Laclette obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communication & Business from The University of Texas at Austin. Katie later received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Dallas. Katie also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
