Sarah Harper is an experienced marketing and corporate affairs professional with a strong background in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Manager at L'Oréal New Zealand since May 2016, Sarah also holds a nominated position as an Ethics Correspondent, promoting ethical practices within the organization. Previously, Sarah led significant marketing initiatives as the General Manager for various divisions at L'Oréal, overseeing a team of 22 across sales, marketing, and education, and managing brands such as Redken and Lancôme. Additionally, Sarah's extensive experience includes roles at Revlon Inc., PZ Cussons, Kao Corporation, PepsiCo, and Henkel, contributing to a deep understanding of brand development and marketing strategies. Sarah is also a Board Member of Cosmetics New Zealand and holds a Graduate Diploma of Marketing and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from The University of Waikato.
