Bülent Özdemir

Bülent Özdemir began their work experience in 2003 with L'Oréal as an intern and completed their diploma thesis with L'Oréal Professionnel. Bülent then held roles such as Junior Product Manager for Redken 5th Ave and Sales Rep/Bezirksleiter. Özdemir joined Kao Corporation in 2006 and held various positions including Brand Manager for Hair Care and Brand Manager for Hair Color. Their responsibilities included the launch of new subbrands, product concepts, designs, and communications. Bülent became the Associate Brand Director for Global Brand Management of KMS California and later the Brand Director for GOLDWELL Color, Retail & Texture Global, where they led global brand relaunch initiatives. In 2020, they joined cosnova GmbH as the Director of New Business.

Bülent Özdemir began their education in 1996 at WGZ-Bank eG, where they pursued a degree in Bankkaufmann. This program lasted for three years, concluding in 1999. Bülent then enrolled at FH Münster in 2000 and completed their studies there in 2003, receiving a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. In the same year, they also attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences briefly, specializing in International Marketing.
