Will Houston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, leadership consulting, and national security. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Search at CoStar Group, Will previously worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Egon Zehnder, where responsibilities included senior executive search and advising on leadership development. A Colonel in the US Army for over three decades, Will's military career encompassed roles such as an Army Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer for FEMA and serving as a Senior Analyst at the National Counterterrorism Center. Additional experience includes leading strategic partner development at Google, serving as Director of Policy and Planning at US Customs and Border Protection, and holding management consulting positions at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.
