Paige Zachs is a Senior Director of Operations & Customer at Coterie, a role they have held since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for Coterie's global operations and setting strategy to improve gross margin, increase customer service levels, and enable scalability. As Operations Strategy, they oversaw a project to build a network optimization model and led a global RFP for third-party optical lab services. As Business Analyst, they managed an initiative to streamline new product development process and created a robust strategic sourcing process.
Before Warby Parker, Paige was a Senior Associate and Experienced Associate at Strategy& from 2011-2015. In these roles, they partnered with COO/CFO to assess S&OP maturity, performed operational due diligence of a food manufacturer, and led a Voice of the Customer project.
Finally, Paige was a Consultant at PRTM Management Consultants in 2010, where they identified supply chain transformation opportunities across the Department of Defense and implemented processes and KPIs to improve aircraft utilization.
Paige Zachs obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School in 2010, majoring in Finance and Marketing. In 2008, they completed a Study Abroad program at the University of Cape Town. In 2012, Paige was awarded a Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from the APICS Supply Chain Council.
