Barnaby Gray

Barnaby Gray has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Barnaby has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Barnaby'smost recent position was with the Cotton On Group, where they served as the Head of Central Operations - Group Supply Chain. Prior to that, they worked at Joval Group as the Group Supply Chain Manager. Before joining Joval Group, they spent a significant amount of time at Carlton & United Breweries, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Fulfilment Manager, National Logistics Capability Manager, Supply Planning and Inventory Manager, National Manager Logistics Capability and Improvement, and Process Improvement Manager. Barnaby also has experience working at TNT Logistics as a Manager for LEAN programs and as a Warehouse Manager, and at Coles Myer Logistics as a Despatch Manager and Cross Dock Manager.

Barnaby Gray completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Hons from the University of Melbourne between 1993 and 1998. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics and Transport at RMIT University. Barnaby has also been recognized as the Achiever of the Year 2005 by the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport Australia (CILTA).
