Gustaf Pilo

Gustaf Pilo currently serves as the Head of Retail, Logistics & Gaming for the Nordic and Baltic Region at Couchbase, a leading distributed cloud database company, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gustaf held positions at BMC Software as an Enterprise Account Manager for the Autonomous Digital Enterprise, Zendesk as a Senior Sales Account Executive focusing on Customer Experience Cloud, and Adobe as a Senior Account Executive. Gustaf's extensive career also includes a tenure at Qlik as Sales Manager for the Nordic Region, where prior roles encompassed Global Software Asset Management Process Owner at IKEA Group and System Owner at Handelsbanken i Sverige. Earlier experience includes owning a consulting business and working in sales roles at Bra Böcker AB and Mazda & Suzuki Center. Gustaf completed a Trainee IT Sales program at IHM Business School between 1997 and 1998.
