Katie Smith

Katie is a multi-talented and experienced administrator. As the keeper of all things Council Fire, she is always eager and willing to assist the team and clients with any questions or challenges that may arise. Katie loves learning new skills and passing on her knowledge to others.

For more than a decade working alongside the CEO, Katie has worn multiple hats and has either contributed to or directly overseen nearly all company operational functions. She is a strong communicator with an eye for detail. These skills have proved to be especially useful when it comes to the handling of financial and administrative matters, logistics, research, and analysis, or even marketing and communications. With a smile on her face, Katie makes it look easy ensuring that the team and the company operate as a well-oiled machine.
