Jill Boxler

Jill Boxler joined Council for a Strong America in 2016 as the Director of Operations & Policy Advisor. She served as Senior National Policy Advisor to the Federal Policy Team before becoming Acting Chief of Staff in 2018 and Chief of Staff in 2019. As of 2023, she is now the Chief Operating Officer.

Previously, Jill served as the director of federal relations and policy advisor to the Governor of Alabama, where she worked with congressional and federal administration offices to advance the economic, education, health, and environmental priorities of the state. Prior to that, she worked at the Government Accountability Office as an analyst and at a health-focused nonprofit as the manager of public policy and a development coordinator.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University.
