John Buntin

John Buntin is the Program Director for the Crime Trends Working Group at the Council on Criminal Justice. Previously, John was the Director of Policy and Community Safety at the Office of the Mayor in Nashville, where John led various safety initiatives. Prior to that, John worked as a Staff Correspondent for GOVERNING and the Kennedy School of Government. John holds an A.B. in Public Policy and International Affairs with a focus on Russian from Princeton University.
