Virginia Boney Moore

Virginia Boney Moore has extensive experience in public policy and legislative affairs, currently serving in multiple roles including Public Policy at Amazon and as a Rising Leader at The Aspen Institute since 2020. Virginia is also a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and an International Strategy Fellow at Schmidt Futures. Prior to these positions, Virginia held the role of Deputy Director of Policy and Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of Commerce and served at the National Security Council as Senior Director for Legislative Affairs and as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs. Virginia's career began in the U.S. Senate, working for Senator Lindsey Graham in various capacities, culminating as Director of Appropriations. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Furman University.
