Erin Bobb has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Erin began their career at Red Robin in 2011, where they worked as a Front Of House Manager until 2014. Later, Erin joined Country Meadows Retirement Communities, where they held various roles, starting as a Dining Room Coordinator from April 2014 to October 2015. Erin then served as an Office Manager from October 2015 to May 2018. Erin further advanced their career as a Contract and Procurement Specialist from May 2018 to January 2020. Erin was then promoted to the role of Contract and Procurement Manager and held this position from January 2020 to April 2021. Most recently, Erin has taken on the role of Director of Contracts & Procurement since April 2021.
