Mitchell Breedlove

Mitchell Breedlove currently serves as the Water Resources Program Coordinator for the County of Lake, a position held since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Big Valley Groundwater Sustainability Plan and leading the Drought Task Force and Advisory Committee in developing drought preparedness and response strategies. Prior to this, Mitchell worked at California Water Service Company from October 2013 to October 2020, undertaking various roles such as Utility Worker, Operations Clerk, Construction Foreman, and Pump Operator. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University.
