Tom Newhall

Tom Newhall has over a decade of experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Systems Analyst III for the County of San Joaquin since November 2015, with prior roles in the same organization as Information Systems Analyst I and II, as well as Information Systems Specialist III and IT Consultant. Previous experience includes a position as IT Systems Application Specialist Intermediate at Blue Shield of California and IT Technician for the City of Galt. Earlier roles also feature Desktop Support Technician at the City of Lodi and Information Technology Intern at the Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin. Tom Newhall holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Heald College, completed in 2010.
