Alexis Brenner currently serves as Special Projects Coordinator at First 5 Santa Barbara County and Health Educator for the CalFresh Healthy Living Program within the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department since March 2021. Previously, Alexis co-founded and served as CEO of Avoca'Do®, overseeing product development and brand management, and held roles with FoodCorps as a Connecticut Recruiter and Service Member, focusing on health education in schools. Additional experience includes a lead position at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School and a public health internship with the City of Charleston. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the College of Charleston and has completed a Health Coaching Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
