Tommy Liddell

Tommy Liddell is an experienced Water Resources Specialist at the County of Ventura since March 2015, focusing on the installation and maintenance of rainfall and streamflow gauges while utilizing AquaCalc, FlowTracker, and HydroBoards for streamflow discharge computations. Previous roles include Assistant Hydrologist at United Water Conservation District, where riverine discharge measurements were performed, and Engineering Specialist at the County of Santa Barbara, conducting bioassessment studies. Tommy's earlier career includes positions as Water Quality Programs Coordinator at the City of Kirkland and Water Quality Analyst at the County of Ventura. Notable experience also spans as Engineering Technician at the County of Santa Barbara. Tommy holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s degree in History/Environmental Science from California Lutheran University.
